I have completed my Master’s in education and with 5 years of experience I am capable of handling 40 high school students in an inclusion classroom and this has allowed me to refine my skills in handling extreme behavioral issues while maintaining a focused class. Earlier I have worked as a higher education administrator and in that role, my interpersonal skills were paramount in handling a diverse student base and managing the operation of the school. There is no issue with my managing resource and reacting quickly to any situations that required my attention. I also can prioritize my task to make sure everything is completed on time and within the budget that is set by the board of directors.
My computer skills are great and I can work with any educational software package and all Microsoft office applications as needed to complete any task. I also understand the need for maintaining the academic standard of the school and the cultivation of alumni organization.
