Dear Hiring Manager,

I’m excited to apply for the position of Mail Processing Clerk at the Asher Post Office in the US postal service. I believe that this post is a wonderful opportunity for me to pull up my sleeves and serve as a professionally organized and effective worker with support staff expertise and outstanding interpersonal talents.

I am aware of the importance of this role and am completely capable of performing it. I finished the postal exam immediately after graduation and am quite enthusiastic about the prospect of serving for the USPS. I’ve worked in customer service and operated a cash machine before, so I can work at the front when necessary and always deliver outstanding service. I can assist with queries, mail collection, and the sale of stamps, boxes, and other products. I can also labor in the storage, gathering, and organizing of the mail that needs to be conveyed.

I’ve organized and maintained office letters, as well as providing administrative and messaging support, such as word-processing papers, managing mails, phone, and fax interactions, and scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patients according to established procedures. Communication with customers, employees, and suppliers is often a top concern for me. I am quite secure in my managerial and organizational talents, and working for the United States Postal Service would provide me with valuable knowledge.

I can sort and deliver mail fast and accurately. I can also quickly and effectively learn distribution techniques. I have excellent interpersonal skills and get along with people from all walks of life. I am a quick learner who is also self-motivated and trustworthy. Please contact me to schedule a face-to-face discussion to explore this role.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Hannah Mitchell
