Business Intelligence Analyst Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in business analytics, computer science, accounting, or similar field. As a business intelligence analyst, you will contribute technical skills, business judgment, and creativity to build automated data solutions that provide strategic insights. You will take initiative and work well in the environment with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and differing priorities. Additionally, you need to contribute people skills and drive to provide training and support to team members and partners. You will lead complex multi-disciplinary projects using your data warehousing and analytics expertise, manage project schedules, identify risk, and communicating them to project stakeholders. You will be required to explain your team analyze and recommend to executives as you will be discussing the technical trade-off in product development with engineers.

Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Function as a global system administrator for Domo and liaisons to outside consultants and internal SMEs
  • Work hand in hand with other system administrators
  • Complete data to day activities needed for maintaining Domo including cleansing activities and enforcing clean data via best practices
  • Evaluate existing processes, workflow and reporting requirement to determine the most effective and efficient model
  • Coordinate with end-users to create and maintain training material
  • Prepare and support all Domo releases and ensure system uptime as per the SLA
  • Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies

Business Intelligence Analyst Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in business analytics, computer science, accounting or similar field
  • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in database management
  • More than 2 years of experience in software development using SQL
  • Proven analytical problem solving and debugging skills
  • Expert in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issue
