Church Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain church program and accounting for all feast days
- Greet and check all calls and texts, transfer them to the appropriate department when possible, and text messages as required
- Reply to all mail communication
- Update church sites with regular lectures, newsletters, and events
- Print church newsletters with notifications for anniversaries, christenings, baptisms, weddings, and other big events
- Keep your workplace and filing systems clean and ordered.
