Work under the supervision of the preacher and offer assistance for outreach activities that benefit the greater community, as well as help plan regular meetings with associate church outreach leaders. Maintain marketing and awareness for the missions department by working within Hope’s planning center to set up and manage periodic project serve activities for the Hope Fellowship.

Church Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain church program and accounting for all feast days
  • Greet and check all calls and texts, transfer them to the appropriate department when possible, and text messages as required
  • Reply to all mail communication
  • Update church sites with regular lectures, newsletters, and events
  • Print church newsletters with notifications for anniversaries, christenings, baptisms, weddings, and other big events
