The construction helper should have a good physical condition, able to carry heavy objects, stoop, stand and lift throughout the day. Construction Helper Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a high school diploma. Preferred some maintenance, turnaround, construction, or mechanical experience and knowledge of basic hand tools. Must be able to pass Craft Helper proficiency testing at or above 70%. Must be able to pass a criminal background screening and drug, alcohol testing. Some job duties include actively support the Company’s commitment to safety and its Core Values, Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, to work well with supervision, furnish tools and materials for others in their crew, work with various hand tools, fire Watch, bottle Watch or Hole Watch duties, operate limited types of equipment, thorough knowledge of roles and responsibilities of the craft being supported, identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards, perform all other job-related duties as requested by supervision.
