Facilities Administrator Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in facility management or a related field. The position oversees the operation of a large multi-site facility management account. The responsibility will include plant operations, housekeeping, security, environmental safety, construction, and other duties assigned. The position is responsible for program quality evaluation, the financial performance of multi-site personnel recruitment, training, and development. The key responsibilities include overseeing the operation of facility management by conducting monthly department meetings ensuring the reports are delivered promptly providing a work environment that meets all regulatory compliances and complete and maintain all key performance indicators. They manage the budget, verify and assure apt use of staff materials, supplies, and vendors. Ensure the current record of all maintenance procedures is kept as required to meet all applicable codes and standards.
Facilities Administrator Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle day to day operation of facilities, high rise or campus ensuring all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met
- Ensure staff consistently implement the services with C&W policies
- Handle service contract cost-effectively
- The lead facility management team in supervision of maintenance program related to the exterior and interior conditions and appearance and operation of facilities
- Ensure facility management staff consistently provide positive and prompt response to the request from clients and building tenants
- Implementing ongoing contract review program to constantly assess client, tenant and occupant need
- Prepare and deliver reports and review of all budget, financial reports, contracts, expenditure, and purchase order
- Develop prepare and explain annual facility budget and forecast business plans
- Assist in developing the capital budget for the property
- Coordinate collection analysis and report by the facility management team of statistical data and analysis
Facilities Administrator Skills and Qualification:
