They greet visitors with a smile and provide comfortable seating, resolve any concerns, and accept orders placed. Their main purpose is to keep clients happy. When a customer walks into a cafe, they will be the first individual they notice. They are in charge of providing information about certain menu options. They provide food and beverages to each seat. Perform pre-and post-event installation, dismantle, and housekeeping chores, welcome visitors on the entrance, and be aware enough of the event’s cuisine and specialties to make advice and respond to questions are all part of the job. Accept client orders and make necessary revisions, serve meals to customers on time using multiple dining modes, and serve and fill guest beverages during the meal. Remove used dishware and maintain a tidy table for guests while dining. Work with fellow teammates. Remain positive and friendly when responding to customer complaints or issues.
