Finally, the professional needs to ensure maximum efficiency for HR functions from performing various tasks like hiring, payroll to employee training, and development. Few other job duties include calculating retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates, prepare reports on key recruiting metrics like hiring cost, assisting managers to design hiring and training plans, and help create a budget.
