We’ve taken a hybrid approach, combining instructional, web-based, and skills-based delivery modalities. Build and manage technical training material and tasks, oversee learning management tasks such as scheduling sessions, registering members, and educator funds, enabling scheduling cooperation with local site to make sure training courses have needed equipment reliability and safety systems, sustain the parts stock, and to provide content and class responses to the instructional strategies team to help them strengthen.
