Legal Administrator Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in law or a related field. The area of responsibilities includes human resource and benefits administration, office operation, maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and management information for managing partner, indexing and filing correspondence, performing initial client intake, creating case binders, setting up and cleaning conference rooms, open new client matters and maintain files, format and file applications, administrative support, data entry support, contracts administration, assist in projects, maintain attorney dockets and calendar to ensure deadlines are timely met, preparing and sending invoices to clients, managing banking relationships, assisting with billing and collection, assisting with financial and tax reporting to CPA. Previous experience in law firm office management is preferred.

Legal Administrator Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Managing attorneys calendar, coordinating meeting and appointment, travel to and from the meeting
  • Taking CLE credits earned including scheduling CLE courses and submit certification of completion to the state
  • Scanning documents and saving document management system
  • Tracking documents for execution
