The logistic administrator is responsible for drafting shipments based on the availability of product and customer requests. Professionals need to track orders to ensure timely deliveries and prepare various shipping documents like purchase orders and invoices. The logistic administrator job duties include coordinating supply chain procedures to maximize the quality of delivery, arrange shifts for drivers and warehouse staff, maintain an updated record of orders, suppliers and customers, supervise the various level of warehouse stock and place orders as needed, provide data to customers about the status of orders. Logistics Administrator Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with freight income program ensuring timely delivery of inside collect and backhaul shipments
  • Enlists and qualify various carriers and manage claims and pallet recovery programs
  • Work with manufacturers and other shippers to find outbound loads
  • Assist with the claim recovery program
