The night auditors are also known by the name of night cashiers and they handle hotel records during the night and early morning. They should perform the certain task which includes accounting, financial transaction and customer service. Night Auditor Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct night audit of hotels and outlets to meet revenue
  • Perform post room revenue audit and evaluate the reconciliation
  • Conduct a daily audit of housekeeping statements and analyze the occupancy reports ensuring exactness
  • Manage and collate hotel revenue report data daily and direct audit on service journals
  • Regulate audit journals and reports using system and point of service
  • Oversee corrections and suggestions, solve all system issues that happen during night audit
  • Operate various operating software to maximize revenue or allowance
