The night auditors are also known by the name of night cashiers and they handle hotel records during the night and early morning. They should perform the certain task which includes accounting, financial transaction and customer service. Some of the task they should perform daily includes responding to guests queries and offering service as required, handling various payment which includes cash, cheque, room charges, conducting night audit using PMS software or manually in small motels.

  • Manage and collate hotel revenue report data daily and direct audit on service journals
