Responsibilities include managing processes and workflow, finance, staffing as well as managing a support team. The job duties include Manage a group of individuals across the global team who are responsible for taking creative requests and scheduling projects across time zones, Maintain visibility into resource capacity to identify areas of need, Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, efficient, cost-effective way, Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service, Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization, Develop, implement, and maintain operation protocols, Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices, formulate and pursue strategic and operational objectives, Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
