They need to study and analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. They report to the top management and the professionals are highly independent. They are specialists in complex technical and business matters. The responsibilities of a process expert include managing application journals and ensuring timely processing of all languages, monitoring trade, and escalating issues to supervise and ensure timely resolution, coordinate with internal management and provide consultation to all process, coordinate with various process members and evaluate customer process for design and resolve various issues, review all process and assist in the fabrication of all new products and process.

Process Expert Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in engineering or a related field. The Process Specialist will support our operations departments. This role will be responsible for all manufacturing processes in these areas. The other primary functions of this role will be the support of daily production issues, process improvements through advanced manufacturing methods. The support of lean and six sigma initiatives along with cost improvement activities will be a primary function of the Manufacturing Engineer. The duties include Develops and implement production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most cost-efficient manner, Investigates and resolves work-in-process problems, Recommends and implement improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters, Monitors assigned operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards, Responsible for all phases of assigned standard engineering projects, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at the appropriate cost.

Process Expert Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor work schedule and ensure work within the timeframe
  • Assist various department in the implementation of various plans
  • Analyze all application and integrate workflow in various groups for effective implementation
  • Manage various projects and provide operational and lab training

Process Expert Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering
  • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field
  • Experience in manufacturing, production systems, blueprints, and robotics
  • Knowledge of paint and hydrographic process
  • Knowledge of EC and paint equipment
  • Able to adapt to change in the work environment
  • High level of organization skills, time management, analysis, and implementation
