Introduction:

A sales executive is responsible for the sale of company products and services and would be actively seeking out prospects and meeting sales demand. They generate leads, make sales call, continuously update our CRM database and meet sales targets. To remain successful in this field, the candidate should be inspired and able to drive sales growth. The job duties include setting sales goal, and developing sales strategies, research prospects and generate leads, contact potential and existing customers through phone, email, and in-person, handle customer queries, inquiries, and complaints, prepare and send quotes and proposals, manage the sales process through a specific software program, build and maintain a CRM database, meet monthly sales target and participate in the sales meeting.
