Drivers must collect the fare from passengers at the time of boarding and should know how to operate fare trip cards.  Shuttle drivers should maintain a presentable appearance which includes perfectly dressed according to company standard and neatly groomed. They should also maintain a cooperative attitude with fellow employees, supervisors, and passengers. Drivers must be willing to work on different shifts.
