Site Engineer Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organize material and ensure the sites are safe and clean
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate material and tools are available
- Provide technical advice and suggestion for improvement on particular projects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment as required
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best contracts
- Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans
- Drawing up work schedules and communicate any adjustment with crews members and clients
