Technical Analyst Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in information technology or computer science with 6 months of experience in development script languages. We are looking for a technical analyst with the financial and application monitoring experience for a year-long contract. Candidate must have hands-on experience with the implementation of Splunk and the APM tool. Need to capture reporting requirements, develop system performance, capacity, and key business transaction report by leveraging approval tools and processes to maintain operational availability of delivered solutions. Must be able to provide input into strategies, capabilities, and integration to improve the availability and performance of production applications. Must be able to analyze the different components of the infrastructure and application environment during incident tirage cell. Train teams with monitoring toolsets, interface with system for scheduling and planning.

Technical Analyst Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Designing, coding, testing and debugging programs of varying degrees of complexity
