- Drivers must use their own car to carry passengers who place an order through the app
- Knowledgeable using uber software by extensively going through the features
- Responding to the calls and tracking clients using the uber app
- Receiving calls and following their location through software
- Inquiring customers about their pick up point and drop location
- Must pick passengers from various location and convey them between places
- Awareness managing routes using app technology
- Creating spreadsheets and maintaining file tracking mileage, maintenance, and other expenses
- Creating a relaxing atmosphere for clients while transferring them to their location
- Helping clients loading and unloading luggage
- Suggesting customers alternate route and traveling through the route after confirming with the passengers
- Choosing the best route to the location using map and GPS
- Reroute passages to the destination in case of construction work or high traffic
- Building a strong relationship with customers with a sense of urgency, kindness, and safety
- Calculating the right fare, collecting money and returning the correct change
- Maintaining the vehicle clean and in excellent condition
- Must have knowledge about various cities and efficient routes
Uber Driver Skills and Qualification:
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must deliver 5-star rating supporting other driver-partners
- Stay updated with new uber policies, procedures, and programs
- Must possess enough experience as a cab driver
