The head coach is a professional who plans and directs training and recommends accession of players for professional athletic teams. It is his duty to direct players to achieve maximum athletic performance. The head coach assesses player’s skill, evaluate team capabilities, assign team position and determine game strategy. The coach may work at high school or college to instruct student-athlete the basics of particular sports like football, baseball or basketball. He must arrange practices and recruit new talents, helping students develop a competitive nature.
