We are looking to hire a successful\ncandidate who has a degree in finance, accounting, or related field. The role\nsupports the finance department initiatives and assists the accounting team\nwith a wide variety of functions which includes transaction processing,\nfinancial analysis, revenue recognition, cost allocation, program and annual\naudit support, process improvement and automation, implementation of financial\nand compliance’s control. He should serve as a key resource for the organization\nand provide daily financial oversight to ensure the financial record are\ncomplete and comply with generally accepted accounting principles, policies,\nand regulations to facilitate solid decision support. Some of your job duties\ninclude playing a role in the monthly and year-end closing process, complete\naccurate and timely monthly financial statement preparation and analysis, monitoring\nexpense activity for trend required accruals and policy compliances, analyzing\nrevenue and cost recognition for conformance with new and existing accounting\nguidance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
