We are looking to hire a successful\ncandidate who has a degree and the primary responsibility is to oversee all\nphysical, operational, and financial aspects of the assigned portfolio. The role\ndirects and coordinates all activities of the properties in the portfolio to\nensure that the company’s financial and business objectives are achieved. Additional\nresponsibilities include enforce consistent implementation and execution of\npolicies and procedures, ensure consistent implementation of community\nmarketing and sales, mentor coach supervise and develop community employees,\ndevelop and manage individual community plans and owners investment objectives,\nensure community staff produces timely rent ready apartments, determine the\nportfolio overall makeup, strength weakness and need of each property in the\nportfolio, determine community deficiencies implement and follow up on any\ncorrective action, review and approve all property purchases adhering to the\nbudget, oversee property risk management and safety standards, and handle\nresident complaints. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
