We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in finance, business, or accounting, or related field. The lease administrator is responsible for the accuracy of the database information, timeliness of reporting internal, and the facilitation of day to day requirements between portfolio coordinator and account manager. The person shall administer normal and daily operations for the client account. The job responsibilities of a lease administrator include workflow processing, document processing, identifying invoices that match the rent forecast and resolve exceptions, run and prepare monthly reports including executive summary, updating database using quality assurance reporting revised by the accounts manager, advice accounts manager of account status via weekly bin tie-out and document tracking tools, participate in and complete project work as assigned and complete CPI rent adjustments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
