The logistic administrator is\nresponsible for drafting shipments based on the availability of product and\ncustomer requests. The logistic\nadministrator job duties include coordinating supply chain procedures to\nmaximize the quality of delivery, arrange shifts for drivers and warehouse\nstaff, maintain an updated record of orders, suppliers and customers, supervise\nthe various level of warehouse stock and place orders as needed, provide data\nto customers about the status of orders. The candidate must possess basic accounting\nknowledge also an understanding of logistic software. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main responsibilities include\ncoordinating outbound and inbound material shipment, coding freight bills,\naccount reconciliation, auditing invoices for accuracy and resolving any\nidentifies discrepancies, creating various reports including shipment history\ndata and delivery charges for all carriers, creating invoices and credit memos\nwhen necessary, updating tracking status on a daily and weekly basis, document\nrecord and track all manifest, interact with client cost guard custom and third-party\nvendors, assist in maintaining and evaluating database, communicate changes\nwith the logistic manager in a clear manner, and provide administrative assistance\nto team members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
