The area of\nresponsibilities includes human resource and benefits administration, office\noperation, maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and\nmanagement information for managing partner, indexing and filing\ncorrespondence, performing initial client intake, creating case binders,\nsetting up and cleaning conference rooms, open new client matters and maintain files,\nformat and file applications, administrative support, data entry support,\ncontracts administration, assist in projects, maintain attorney dockets and calendar\nto ensure deadlines are timely met, preparing and sending invoices to clients,\nmanaging banking relationships, assisting with billing and collection,\nassisting with financial and tax reporting to CPA. Previous experience in law\nfirm office management is preferred. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
