They are the first person to step\noff the bus at every stop, ensure traffic conditions allow the student\npassengers to obey the rule and regulations set forth by the board of education\nwhile riding the bus. The bus aide must be able to get along with students and command\ntheir respect. They need to provide direct supervision over the conduct of\nstudent passengers. aides will be in a constant reflection of the company&#8217;s\ncommitment to safety and customer service.
