The primary task of a certified nursing assistant is to assist patients in their daily activities and helping them in medication, administration, bathing, and taking vital signs. They are responsible to perform various other duties like answering to patient calls, determining the best to help patients, providing support for patients with daily activities, ensuring patient receive apt diet, reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergy and preferences, collecting information from the physician, tracking patients condition and treatment plan, recording food and liquid intake, report changes to the medical staff, record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, observe and record patients behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
