Customer assistant employs in the call center, collection agencies, an insurance company, retail store, financial sectors and they work during daytime business hours. The customer assistant works under managers and they will be working in a team. The customer assistant job duties include maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers, responding to customer inquiries promptly, communicating with customers through the various channel, resolving customer complaints, awareness about company product and answering to the customer queries related to product, processing order form and application, keeping a record of customer transaction comments and complaint, communicating with colleagues as necessary, providing feedback on customer service process, managing a team of junior customer service representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
