The job duties of a sales consultant include creating sales protocol and procedures designed to increase conversion rate and improve incoming sales interaction, a train sales associate in best practice using the latest technology and intelligence to improve sales numbers, create positive and lasting relationships with vendors and suppliers, increase product knowledge among sales associate, hire additional sales professionals, calculate business trends like monthly sales rate, analyze market trends, monitor competition and follow current developments, ensure sales team is up to date with business targets, and motivate the sales team to achieve results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
