An engineering designer is responsible for performing research and design of the company’s new products and system. They are also known as mechanical engineers and the designers perform various tasks in an engineering department like drafting blueprints, creating test prototypes, and overseeing the manufacturing process. The engineers need to coordinate with the design and production team on various design projects using great knowledge about the latest design trends and engineering software to lead the route. Additionally, the candidate has to be a good communicator and should be a creative thinker with superb problem-solving skills. They should be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in design engineering and can coordinate with a local team on product design that satisfies customer specifications. The process includes designing, product validation, completing documentation, and executing launch items for production. The key responsibilities would take ownership of craftsmanship attribute deliverables for define product, create and develop components and system requirements and specification to achieve best in class structural and crash performance, create vehicle aligned component and system targets for function, cost, weight, and investment, establish system architecture and functional feasibility, develop design concepts and product designs, optimize the concept and design with analytical and physical assessment, complete and release system, subsystem, and detailed designs, deliver world-class craftsmanship and finish, support creation of component specifications and interface with suppliers for management feasibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
