They are responsible for performing certain duties like developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plan, achieve the financial target, meeting annual targets, build the relationship, and understand the market trend. The sales director must have proven experience in a similar field and should have the ability to drive the sales process. They should have a degree in marketing or sales and must have previous experience as a sales manager or marketing director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
