They are responsible for planning and deciding the development and resources of the curriculum. The education manager needs to be highly responsible and they should be able to prioritize the work. They are responsible for ensuring the rules and policies of the organization and followed properly. The job duties include managing the management budget and presenting them before higher authorities for approval, approve the budget bills after performing the detailed check, perform recruitment process for hiring staff, make aware of policies and regulations of the organizations, allocate work to recruits, guide the management team in undertaking various researches, implement the requirement, and ensure the implemented things are working perfectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in education and they should develop and lead education efforts within the marketing department. They will execute educational executives for internal, prospect, and customer connecting centers with researchers. Working in collaboration with the medical team the role is responsible for identifying and evaluating educational needs for all audiences then creating educational content and managing programs to increase the scientific understanding associated with clinical best practices. Essential duties include developing and maintaining a strong relationship with key clients, collaborating field sales team to identify develop, and manage customer advocates, attend and participate relevant conferences and events to support education speakers and programs, conduct relevant section of new hire training and offer regular continuing of education programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
