The duties of a project engineer include managing the project resource plan and budget, managing project issues, risk, and action, assigning responsibilities and mentor project team, implement and manage project changes and intervention to achieve project output, project evaluation and assessment of results, perform risk management to minimize project risks, coordinate with external stakeholders. The project managers are responsible to handle all engineering and technical disciplines that the project involves.
