Industrial engineers are responsible for designing production layouts and processes with the purpose of increasing productivity, eliminate waste, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are maintained. They should monitor current operation of the company determining more efficient production process. The industrial engineer are responsible to design systems that could maximize productivity, reduce waste and production issues, cost efficient and ensure high product quality. The job duties includes review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows and other information to understand the methods that are applied, develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis most efficient, enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs, design control system to coordinate activities and production planning in order to ensure that products meet the quality standard, confer with the clients about product specification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in industrial engineering or relevant field. In this role, you have the opportunity to perform certain duties like lead projects to improve performance in quality, timely delivery and cost, drive product and process change to support operational goals, validate manufacturing process and procedures, support operation by troubleshooting and providing technical expertise for the timely closure of issues, interact with the cross functional team members to foresee and prevent interruptions to operations, develop workflow associated with the building of seasonal display, develop product routings reflecting an optimized work center selection, equipment utilization, and crew size, create new and maintain existing process documentation, participate in the introduction of new packaging designs and associate new equipment’s as required to minimize problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
