Admin executive provides personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. They work on one basis on a variety of tasks and act as a point of contact between executives and external clients. They receive calls, take messages, and route correspondence. They handle executive requests and queries appropriately. The job duties include maintaining a diary, arranging meetings, and appointments and providing reminders, make travel arrangement, take dictation and minutes and accurately enter the data, monitor office supplies and research good deals or suppliers, produce reports, presentation and brief, develop and carry efficient documentation and filing system. They are also responsible to manage office stock and placing orders, administer the company database and finally prepare regular financial and administrative reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree in any field. The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings and travel for executives. The executive is responsible for performing certain duties like act as a liaison between attorneys and executives, answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages, record, type and distribute meeting minutes, conduct research in areas of interest at the direction of the executives and provide a synopsis to the president to review, type reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software, read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
