The Process Specialist will support our operations departments. This role will be responsible for all manufacturing processes in these areas. The other primary functions of this role will be the support of daily production issues, process improvements through advanced manufacturing methods. The support of lean and six sigma initiatives along with cost improvement activities will be a primary function of the Manufacturing Engineer. The duties include Develops and implement production\/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most cost-efficient manner, Investigates and resolves work-in-process problems, Recommends and implement improvements and\/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters, Monitors assigned operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards, Responsible for all phases of assigned standard engineering projects, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at the appropriate cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Process Expert Job Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Monitor work schedule and ensure work within the timeframe<\/li><li>Assist various department in the implementation of various plans<\/li><li>Analyze all application and integrate workflow in various groups for effective implementation<\/li><li>Manage various projects and provide operational and lab training<\/li><li>Develop and maintain logs for all environmental legislation and ensure all modification according to regulations<\/li><li>Ensure compliance to all company procedures for various job function<\/li><li>Organize all work and ensure compliance with all safety regulation and perform apt duties for the same<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Process Expert Skills and Qualification:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bachelor degree in engineering<\/li><li>Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field<\/li><li>Experience in manufacturing, production systems, blueprints, and robotics<\/li><li>Knowledge of paint and hydrographic process<\/li><li>Knowledge of EC and paint equipment<\/li><li>Able to adapt to change in the work environment<\/li><li>High level of organization skills, time management, analysis, and implementation<\/li><li>Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill<\/li><li>Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines<\/li><li>Strong verbal and oral communication skills<\/li><li>Self-motivated and strong analytical skills<\/li><li>Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management<\/li><li>Quick learner with a positive attitude<\/li><li>Maintain a strong relationship with key groups<\/li><li>Motivational and communication skill<\/li><li>An empowered team member, a process-oriented thinker<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction: Process experts are It specialist and they research, analyzes and recommend improvement to an organizations business process for improving overall organizational performance.
