They drive eventually bookkeeping tasks, auditing, and reconcile accounts. They finalize all EOD duties and ensure other divisions have performed the same. They should work during the night in the lobby of the hotel. They perform the duties of both an accountant and reception desk by auditing and managing finances. Hotel auditors answer the phone calls during the night and additionally they may arrange wake-up calls for guests. They are in charge of counting the day’s cash flow, confirm guest’s accounts, and prepare a daily income statement.
