The hotel auditor welcome and register guests, control their overnight plea and balance account from the day shift. They enroll guests arriving at night, manage guest requests, and perform reservations. They reconcile all accounts, process bills, and prepare payments. The hotel auditor’s role is to offer exceptional customer service to guests, maintain the front desk and accounts, and ensure the financial transaction runs smoothly. They drive eventually bookkeeping tasks, auditing, and reconcile accounts. They finalize all EOD duties and ensure other divisions have performed the same. They should work during the night in the lobby of the hotel. They perform the duties of both an accountant and reception desk by auditing and managing finances. Hotel auditors answer the phone calls during the night and additionally they may arrange wake-up calls for guests. They are in charge of counting the day’s cash flow, confirm guest’s accounts, and prepare a daily income statement. They track guests in and out timings while performing duty at various shifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
