Introduction:

Warehouses play an important role in the US supply chain. They keep items and gear in storage until they’re ready to be released to our shops, groceries, and online shipments. Taking transport of products and signing delivery orders or receivables, inspecting goods for missing or broken items, offloading products by hand, with shopping carts or forklifts, palletizing products in the right area, maintaining track of products, usually on a computer, performing inventory control on a routine basis, occasionally selling goods to consumers, selecting, weigh up, or packing products that must be sent out are some of the work tasks they must regularly perform. Warehouses are typically found on the outskirts of cities, towns, and communities, and are situated on extensive industrial areas with easy access to major highways for the movement of commodities.
