Their key responsibilities include performing diagnostic procedures on automobiles, upgrading the engine, gearbox, steering mechanism, or braking system, and test driving the car to ensure that the maintenance issue has been resolved effectively. Fixing or replacing powertrains, restoring or substituting steering and braking mechanisms, checking vehicles to evaluate vehicle situation, operating diagnostic tests, analyzing testing results, keeping accurate records of maintained vehicles, keeping track of parts inventory, and consulting clients are just a few of the other tasks they must undertake.
