The job duties and responsibilities of a relationship banker includes assisting in opening checking and savings account and provide deposit product services at customer request, sell products to respective retail customer base, provide customer apt solution to their respective financial needs, provide prompt service to all other bank customers, explain product chain, restrictions, and benefits to clients, attain sales, referral and service goals to provide qualified referrals to various department, manage top-level retail deposit product knowledge and lending services, and establish new business relationship with clients.
