PA needs to have a deep understanding of the firm and should be aware of higher staff in the organization. They need to be well presented and should have great interpersonal skills. The personal assistant needs to have knowledge about the office management systems and procedures and must be proficient in handling English. Proven work experience in a similar field is necessary. They should be able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload and must remain up to date with the latest office gadgets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
